with "Monsieur Kerkelong" the ophthalmologist
Salut! That's my gain! Do you remember how I climbed the Mont Sainte-Odile and I have written about the St. Odilia? The Odilia was indeed a saint compared Augenweh and I had written that I am a saint by Invision but is much more important. And then I've actually found the holy Richardis of Andlau. Yes, and now I was the revenge of the holy Odilia caught. Because I had not paid her the pay proper honor. Oh man, I had known that these saints are so jealous of each other. I would have yes all the existing candle set. But on the Odilienberg eye problems were really not my issue.
now already. My left eye has blown up and I'm here in Dole went to the ophthalmologist. I had to wait quite until it was my turn and spent the whole morning in the waiting room. The eye doctor was very nice and wanted to know everything about my pilgrimage. Whether I am inspired by this "Monsieur Kerkelong"? Non, could I say with swollen chest. Well, if one can be swell in an ophthalmologist's chair chest. Ministrantin as I knew beforehand of course, St. James. Clearly, I need no "Monsieur Kerkelong. "Tres bien," he say. But the French people have already noticed, pilgrimage that more and more German, since "Monsieur Kerkelong" been there. They thought this is an important writer or a writer, because so many imitate him. On comedian she would never have occurred. To our vindication, I reported to the doctor that was born here in Darmstadt Georg Buechner and next door in Frankfurt Goethe, and that we read in school are still the books. "Tres bien" is it he said again. And then he did something very sweet. His favorite German poet, namely Heinrich Heine and he has extra for me to recite a love poem by Heine:
"When I look into your eyes,
vanishes all my sorrow and pain
But when I kiss your lips,
be like that. I totally healthy. "
Oh, I love the French. They are soooo charming. I'm going to marry one of them determined times, no doubt! And I call my first daughter Odilia. to redress.
But when the Docteur then has really looked into my eyes, his suffering and pain but not disappeared. And he has no more "tres bien" said. That would be quite nice catch fire, he said. The eyes are too dry, I would have too little Traenenfluessigkeit. I? The always so close to the water lives! Too little Traenenfluessigkeit? is indeed something quite new. Well, there is surely the holy Odilia rotated it. Pah!
Well, if you have Odilia against it, then still help eye drops. I need to take every morning and every evening. And the Hammer, now comes, I must wear a blindfold. At least two weeks should see the eye no light. The Doctor has given me the same. He had a whole drawer full of them. Now I walk around here like Geoffrey Rush as Captain Barbossa in Pirates of the Caribbean. Except that I'm in the wrong movie. For here, the "curse of Mont Sainte-Odile" is shot. For the street music is certainly good. Ah, la pauvre fille! But otherwise? I'm going tonight Grooming a side parting, so that my hair falls over it. Gaaaar'm not vain!
shopping I was. I bought a jupe utilitaire. This component is the knee-length travel skirt. Which it was set down from 50 to 37 €. Beat the best in muddy roads. The sales girl told me that all French girls who have a pilgrimage, a skirt. Bloss, since I'm in France, I have yet to meet a French girl pilgrim. Therefore, the skirt was certainly cheaper.
So, tomorrow it will continue. I hope to use the drops what. Let's see, already, such as Burgundy looks with one eye.

Pcos And Hypothyroiism Connection
My way by lightning and thunder into silence
Salut! Here I am again. This was a violent week in the Franche-Comté. Lonely and exhausting. And in the second half I had a full program thunderstorms. But it gave me a lot. For the night before last, I at the Trappist spent in the Abbaye d'Acey did, I became aware that the days were a way to silence before, has found its climax in the monastery. Now I'm in Dole and here in the Cyber Café runs the contrast. It is time again transferred this price cycle race, which was recently in the vicinity of Belfort. The reporter is very excited. Well, that should even go to the Schweigemoenchen. Tomorrow I will still remain in Dole, I once again forced to be a rest day. For my left eye has somehow ignited, because I always have from the early afternoon the sun again. Here I walk around here dressed up like a light abrasive owl, with a large sunglasses and a Basecape. I go tomorrow morning for times Ophthalmologist and hearing what he says.
The rest day is also important because after the mudslinging, which I have organized the many forest trails, be sure to wash again. At first it was really good with the weather. Lots of sun, but not too hot. Pleasant. On Wednesday, temperatures have gone up again. Well, really I realized it yet, because I had already been achieved since the forest. So, by Wednesday it was about. But on Thursday and Friday, oh, oh, oh, went off the violent thunderstorms. Wow, that was something of crass. This has crashed incredibly loud. Determined three times a day is as a storm came. And what a storm and rain. Hoho. I had a hell of fear, are taken from a branch or by lightning. Clear, in the woods. If again anrollte a storm, I had a look in the guide where the next village and I am there to me to find a bus shelter. But the storms were usually faster than me. And I was wet again and had to detour. So, I would say that the Asso-franc comtoise the Camino has led so very nice about forest trails. But if all are softened, you will find a paved road also very cool. At some point, I was then totally do not care. anyway, everything has become dirty.
It was again quite extreme, and the distances between the hostels are not the shortest. In most cases, Sun 25 to 30 kilometers. But the hotels were good. Total good people. The Asso Franche-Comté has set up a great phone support. Since you can call and get very different quarters taught. This was once a normal Gite, then once a farm, private quarters, a monastery and a religious education center. I have always had a shower and can chat with my hosts.
The highlight of the week was the Abbaye d'Acey. This is a Cistercian abbey, which is still under construction so typical the way the monks a monastery have initially imagined. The Cistercians in the 11th Century Benediktinertum renewed, in which they have returned to an original severity. Trappist monks live here, a group of Cistercians, who are still ascetic, because they have committed themselves to silence. And so is their church is built. It's simple and plain, nothing superfluous in it. Only what you need to celebrate a worthy service. No tower, no decorations on the pillars, nothing. All very simple. Great! A couple of years the church has new windows, which are very modern, but totally well with the severity. They are really just white gray as the Cistercian robes and have black bars, where you can think what they mean.
I am a long time in the church and just quietly sitting there. My violin playing here would not have fit. Four times I was in the Liturgy of the Hours of the monks. There are fixed times of prayer and the time when I was there, I was able to attend the Vespers, Compline, the vigil and Lauds. And immediately after Lauds also at the fair with Jakobustag. This is a very different rhythm than how I have it. Compline is at a quarter to eight. Then go to sleep all, because the day starts at quarter to four with the vigil again. That was fascinating, four in the morning in the dark almost go to church to hear the Gregorian chant of the monks and experience in how the room was getting brighter. And to James, even hard. I let everything affect me and just amazed.
Then there was a breakfast, which was fabulous. At seven, we return to the Lauds and Mass in St. James the church met. As a pilgrim, I was able to present the reading. A sentence from Paul's letter to me still remember: "Terrace, mais non annihilés." We are thrown to the ground, but not destroyed. How many times I slipped in recent days in the mud. And then I stand with my muddy trousers as pilgrims in the Abbey Church and read from it. Awesome! And the monks have looked down at me and grinned broadly correct.
The monks get with incredibly much. They radiate so much warmth. Here's a smile, a wink there, there a wink and then the wide grin when reading. I think they liked me because I was interested in their lives.
about the silence on the way I have also previously been thought. In my notebook I had pilgrims namely listed a few phrases that I liked as a pilgrim impulse. One verse reads:
. "Go,
your steps will be your words, the way your song
Your silence will finally speak to you
And then your amazement your worship.."
On long because of me, this statement is again covered. Well, a muddy forest track is perhaps not my song. For so bad I can not sing, yes. But my silence has really spoken to me. And it has brought me to wonder. It was a good week.

Creating A Hair Weave Brand
Tour de France: Can you take drugs in pilgrimage? How
Salut! We have reached the Franche-Comté and here do not add sali but salut. There will always be French. Here in Belfort's quite a hubbub, as the Tour de France today goes anywhere near over. Some of the FJT (which is the French youth hostel) went to the track and wanted to take us. Do I need but do not have to wait for hours in this Affenkaelte on the roadside for a few vollgedopte cyclists. Luisa also had no interest. She noticed the jerseys, you can tell what color the pills. dotted yellow, green or red. I do not know why anyone still interested for the trip. But here are all quite mad.
can one really when pilgrims take drugs? I have a circuit means for low blood pressure. Even so, a colorful little pick-me. But quite harmless. Gave me my doctor prescribed. After that I can not get a deed because Novadral on the list of pilgrims doping is * grin *. Or says the Lord, you know, the sky is not comin '. Hast doped with pilgrims. Well, that would be nice but this stupid in the moment.
We have brought in Belfort a day off tomorrow because Luisa goes from here back to Darmstadt. Your pilgrim days are unfortunately over. Next week she travels with her youth group to Denmark. Now we do a wash here, writing. Survey and street music day. After ten days it will go on pieces time again for that. For writing, we went to the Bibliothèque municipal. Here it is beautiful empty and quiet. Because they're all * of the tour grin *.
From Guebwiller took us three days to Belfort. The first day was nice weather, but then it rained for two days. Yesterday even continuously. We started very early and were soon on the beautiful lake of Thierbach. Finally a lake! And because we so happy in the water herumplanschten, came at a time Thomas and Mary from the church. Now they must think we are stupid total. Marie Thomas has immediately drawn further. Hihi. In the pilgrim hostel in Thann and the Benedictine nuns in Bellemagny we are quite gone out of their way. I think they read the blog. but nothing said.
Next to the lake is the Baroque church Notre-Dame, a Marian shrine. Two children are in our pond a Virgin Mary figure found. Then a church was built and the pilgrimage has begun. The church belonged to a Benedictine monastery by the way, has taken up the pilgrims. The Abbey Barn is a few years been transformed into a chic restaurant. Every night there is now a puppet show performed. It is about a pilgrim who comes to the monastery and asked for a soup. An awesome plot, said Luisa. Since we know but what you have on the frog king. The restaurant makes an expensive and very sophisticated look. You would have to try it, if you get a soup as a true pilgrim. Otherwise this is just a pseudo-pilgrimage-puppet to attract tourists. There is a hostel for pilgrims by the way it is no longer in Thierbach. So I find it bad if people do with the Camino such a business and do the same for the pilgrims so little.
From Thierbach the road takes us through the forest to Thann, where a large Gothic pilgrimage church. The Monsieur, who took care of the church told us that have gone in the Middle Ages from Germany as more pilgrims to Santiago to Thann Thann and that is the Santiago of Alsace. Here, namely the finger of St. Theobald is venerated. Wow, a whole finger. Luisa was again on the verge of one of her comments on . Make But I have nudged and "say it is not" hiss. Saint Theobald was bishop of Gubbio in Italy and took care of pilgrims to Rome. Therefore, he is a special saint for pilgrims. Like James. In the large door of the church you can see it with two pilgrims. You have to examine but accurate. The portal is in fact huge. 18 meters high and 8 meters wide, white my smart guide. And that's only the middle one. Right and left are also portals. 500 figures here will be visible. The cathedral of Strasbourg is not much more. And all because of a finger. Somehow faszienierend already, what beautiful things have been created earlier by the faith of the people.
The road from Belfort to Thann was again nice, but it also rained a lot. Yesterday even the whole day. Behind Bellemagny is a new landscape. The Franche-Comté is very different. No more vineyards, but many pastures and meadows, and occasionally a small forest. But we have not noticed much of it, but the rain moved into our heads and went on and on. Actually, we did not break. But there was nothing where we could sit down. Only after 15 kilometers at the Boulangerie by Denney we stopped and ate cake. We also got a coffee. And then back out into the rain for the last seven kilometers to Belfort. We arrived soaking wet on Pitsche-FJT. Much we have in the evening no longer made. We were really ready again.
We are going through today but Belfort. The city is not really so beautiful, but has a special meaning for the French. There are in fact an important fortress, three times by the Germans could not be conquered. Therefore, Auguste Bartholdi, a French sculptor who made a huge monument, a large Loewen, who has just woken up and straightens up menacingly. He roared terribly. This was intended as a threat against Germany because the Germans had captured shortly before the Alsace. Bartholdi was probably inclined to like big formats, as the Statue of Liberty in New York is by him. That I like but better than the patriotic roaring lions, although I have never seen in nature. But in Belfort, the Loewe's landmark. Since even the cathedral is not with, but which is not particularly nice. A rather large box from the red stone that is available here in the Vosges.
We will go straight to the evening Mass and then eat something before going home tomorrow Luisa.

Where Can I Buy Madd Gear Scooter In Ct
Luisa and Julia saints for
from Colmar, we are left only hours before the afternoon, but many of the art in the city has made the morning really interesting. We were to look at nine clock to the lower opening Linden-Museum, to the Isenheim altar. This is a work! Moving, I tell you. Matthias Gruenewald he has painted nearly 500 years ago. The altar stands in the choir of the church, which now belongs to the museum. He has been disassembled and placed in a row that you can see all three conversions. Thus, a different altar had been continually open and close, depending on whether just Lent, a holiday or festival of St. Anthony was.
Luisa and I got an audio guide that explained everything to us very well. We now know everything about the Isenheim altar. Just ask! And here is the most important. The picture that takes the most is the great crucifixion on the page for the fasting period. Jesus on the cross in front of a deep black background. The hands that nailed to the beams have access, with their fingers up as if they would plead. He hangs there with a terribly injured body. Under the cross Magdalene is all hunched and Mary, the mother breaks down in a swoon, and just held by John. A terrible scene. We had religious views in the Passion film by Martin Scorcese, but what Gruenewald has painted here is just terrible. The images of the second transformation are quite different. Brightly colored. Cheesy colorful, I would say. Also, from what is seen, fairly cheesy. As Mary sits with the baby Jesus in front of a music pavilion where many angels all make music. People have found earlier that determines beautiful, but today it seems a bit strange. Then there is also still see Jesus as he is resurrected and ascends in a gaudy yellow sun in the sky. Looks a bit like advertising. The absolute opposite of the first page. But nice of this contrast to be crucified. For the last conversion Gruenewald has painted two pictures with the Temptation of St. Anthony. Anthony was a hermit and just wanted to live in poverty somewhere in the desert in order to be able to pray undisturbed. But the devil is not fit and he has beautiful women, gold, and finally sent monsters to seduce Antony. You can see how trying the monsters rumzukriegen Antony. If they have not done. Anthony has remained steadfast.
Yes, and then came in front of these monsters such a typical Luisa comment. She said very dusty dry when Gruenewald alive today would he would not have the temptation of St. Anthony, but the temptation of St. Julia was painted. Why was that? Yes, "said Luisa, two scenes from the time when you have been with Christian together.
AUA!! LUISA!!
So actually I should have been angry. Christian is not a monster! But Luisa has a way to say it, totally dry and yet hysterical. I laughed so separation and my pain was gone in one step. Really! (Excuse me, Chris.) Luisa is a lot better than the Holy IPB Richardis in Andlau. I told her that I need but a picture and that is painted on the other the sacred Luisa as the patron saint of lovers separated. We then imagined what must look like the pictures. Oh man! It has been determined in this museum before. Two holy virgins who abkichern completely against these religious images. Oh, oh, oh. Embarrassing, embarrassing. But that's Luisa always so. You are hardly with her, she says something funny and you have to laugh all day about it.
After the museum we were in another church, where a famous picture was visible. A Madonna by Martin Schongauer. This is told that Albrecht Dürer, as he was quite young, has the Schongauer held for the best painter. He wanted to learn something from him and drove to the Alsace to meet him. But when he came to Strasbourg, Schongauer had just died. Duerer could only see the image that is now in Colmar. But even that was enough for him to be a good painter. To be honest, the Schongauer Madonna was much more lively and natural than this cheesy Gruenewald-Madonna of the altar.
Colmar led by another St. James, who comes from Breisach and Freiburg, back to our path. In Herrlisheim we have followed the tip from the Pilgerfuehrer and our City Hall got the key for the Jewish cemetery. A haunted place. I unpacked my violin and the graves beki Fiddelmusik made for the dead. Then it was up to the Couvent Saint-Marc, where the two roads come together again. The record is a convent with nuns, pilgrims. Before, it was here since the 7th Century Benedictine monastery. One of the first in Western Europe! We arrived quite late, because we're only started two clock to the 15 kilometers.
When we arrived, "said the nun, the other pilgrims are already here. Oops, another pilgrim, finally. I was really excited. We met in the lounge, Thomas and Marie, a couple from Stuttgart, which started in Breisach and want to Taiz. I think I have the same two fairly seized so great I thought it was me finally share with my peers. Although they were only two days on the road, but had already Camino experience because they have gone three years ago, the Camino in Spain. Well, the conversation was, however, rather peculiar. Thomas has told only wandermaessiges whether the signs were all still there and vote in the mileage information in Pilgerfuehrer. Somehow I had the feeling he is going the way to check whether the author has described his Pilgerfuehrers also all right. Well, I was also my experience that I had made between Wissembourg and Walbourg contribute. Thomas felt vindicated completely. I wonder what he does with the information it collects there. He sends all of the St. James Society to get a medal? Or he wrote one of this Pilgerbuechern, where you can read that the hostel was dirty and again has a snoring? I have always tried to tell him, hey, you're going but not because such a rotten few hostels and the signs of the path. But from the Camino Francés keep it apparently has nothing else. Anyway, he only talked about it. Marie was rather quiet and has participated in our little conversation. Luisa tried to bring our experiences in the museum. When Isenheim altar but they are not for him, because you go very early already on the way must, and we were so funny because they have not ignored. We are probably in her eyes two silly geese, which makes everything so wrong. Well, every pilgrim on his way.
The next morning they have already gone off early. We were at the morning service in the church and have breakfast at the left sooo much time. Why would it?
The day belonged to us again and the way Guebwiller was fantastic. It was mostly woods, pretty up and down, but not nearly as in the Mount Sainte-Odile. And always there were great views. Even at the very beginning of the Monastery of Notre Dame de Schauenburg. First there was a castle and then the owner of the castle there founded a monastery. I can well understand why the castle has been called Schauenburg. Luis made the ascents and descents and some pains they felt at our very first stage recalls. If all the ways of Saint James so tiring, she asked? Yes, it is. So I think the pilgrims but a bit exhausting. But mostly I've coped well. Except for the horror trip to Walbourg. Well, history. We have again made a lot of breaks and looked into the landscape. The weather has also played the game. En route we visited the small chapel in the world. Notre Dame de Huebel. Actually, only one box. Real mini. With Mary, who holds the dead Jesus on her lap. And we were in Schaefertal where Mary Schaefer has a cut on a sultry day, the water from the rock. The week before last they would have to make time for me. But I was there in the wrong area. Because there are mineral springs. In Soulzmatt we could bottle the water spitzenmaessigen refill with soda water. Also has a winery there are given a bottle of wine. Just like that. We drink tonight here in Guebwiller.
Here in Guebwiller I would have gone to the Dominican church, because in Pilgerfuehrer is that there is a good acoustics. An idea for my violin. But in the old church, the Roman is also a good sound. First, I played inside and outside then what made street music. In Colmar, I gained so not bad. Given that was just a music festival and all had a sense of music. Not so much, but Guebwiller is also only a small place. After all, this is a suburb of Guebwiller Isenheim, where the altar Gruenewald has been earlier. Since there was namely a hospital for people who have had ergot poisoning. We have had times in Bio. This is a fungus that attacks the grain and all who have eaten it, eats slowly from within. This creates a crazy burning in the body. Scary. Today we are fortunate that no more, because the grain can be cleaned better. But many have died earlier. And the Order of St. Anthony the patient has maintained until her death. To comfort the poisoned they can paint the great altar. He was set up so that all have it from their hospital beds in this case.
Thomas and Marie, we have not met again. Although they also wanted to Guebwiller. When pilgrims reception, the Accueil de Pelerins, they were not. Is probably fairly new and is not available in Pilgerfuehrer. The address I have from a very recent accommodation of the Alsatian James Society.

from Colmar, we are left only hours before the afternoon, but many of the art in the city has made the morning really interesting.
Wholesale Chicken Wings, Wi
The lonesome cowgirl on the road
Sali! I'm in Colmar and sit at the Planet Café. This is the first Internet cafe in Strasbourg. Luisa is here. Do you remember her? My younger sister, who were not called at the very beginning of Darmstadt to Heppenheim. Now she's finally holiday and again a few days there. Awesome! My parents did not leave until after they have read with my circulatory collapse. It was really difficult loszueisen them. I had high and sacred promise to go to any mega-stages with the little ones. Hihi, with the little ones! She will soon be 17 and is bigger than me. But I'm not doing the mega stages anyway.
Oh Dear people, my sad pilgrimage days are over because Luisa is there. Yes, you heard right. Those were really depressing days. Every step away from Strasbourg and was a step away from Christian. We talked about whether we umschmeissen our plans and do something together. But Chris, I've explained that I make my pilgrimage non seulement pour l'amusement, but connect to a request. I want to thank me, and that for my past life that went really well, for my graduation, my family and my friends. This is a job I've done. A job with God. And I can no more simply terminate as any other profession. I have to through it. Chris would also disappoint his friends hard if he lets his burst Corsica travel easy.
Oh man, what are we again terribly reasonable. I hope this was the right decision. Our farewell on Wednesday in Strasbourg was quite ready for film. We have long embraced. Very long. And outside the rain came down fully. This has geplaestert correctly. I wished that it rains constantly and I have a reason not to go. But eventually it became brighter and I said softly, maintenant, je vais. Fais attention à toi, said Chris. And then lupfte Julie, the lonesome cowgirl, her hat, buckled on his backpack and walked out into the waning drizzle.
The path through the southern Alsace was incredibly beautiful, despite the lousy weather that totally fit my mood. I went back to many churches and have often been unpacked my violin to play something sad. The road first went even further in the Rhine valley, and then has pretty high on the steep Odilienberg out. This was a height difference of 500 meters to four kilometers. So, that was never before. After the first hundred meters, I first sat down totally out of breath. The backpack has pulled me back and I was fidgeting like a beetle on its back. Well, may indeed be something. I'm back aufgerappelt and step by step. Sooooo slow. My two Pilgerstoecke I used as a stair railing. I always put myself forward and pulled on them. Without the sticks, I could never have done. But I was always better. The further I got up. That was a great experience to tackle a mountain from which you've said after the first hundred meters, as you never get high.
And the climb was worth it. The Mont Saint-Odile is the most important place of pilgrimage here in Alsace. It is 760 meters high and you have a really great view over the Rhine valley to the Black Forest. When the Holy Odile, who has lived and is buried on the world has come, she was blind. But the moment in which she was baptized, she could see. Therefore, it is called for eye diseases. Hm, well, a saint who helps with the pain of separation, now would have been better. The legend is very nice. The monastery also. I saw the angel and the Traenenkapelle. I could play the violin there, unfortunately not because there is always issued the Holy of Holies and therefore many worshipers are present. The Mont Sainte-Odile is a place where one can meditate great. Thus, actually. There were now but the artisans there, who made quite nice noise.
The scenery that is behind the Mount Sainte-Odile, is the most beautiful, has led me through my journey so far. Andlau is so great in the vineyards. And there in the church I have found my Holy against the pain of separation. This is the holy Richardis that in the 9th Century, Charles the Fat, a great-grandson of Charlemagne, was married and become even Empress. But after she became old, she has the thickness of steel mesh. As it will be so in Alsace, which was still dense jungle, wandering, its a bear to beat this beautiful valley, where she has settled down and founded a monastery. Well, maybe not quite so fit, so I was not prejudiced by Chris. And yes Chris is no Dicker * grin *. But Richardis must have been a great woman. It has not crept, but just went to where it most most beautiful of all and has not done anything in their lives. Although it as empress was already at the top, but has lost everything and was already old. It is now one of my favorite saints. Absolutely.
Kaysersberg was another high point in those five days. There I met again an important figure. I was in fact the birthplace of Albert Schweitzer. I always thought he comes from Switzerland, probably because of his name. So, the man simply could do everything. He has worked in the Third World and built a hospital in Gabon, he has built wells and schools, he was a doctor and teacher, he could perfectly play the organ, he was a good philosopher and one of the best theologians of his time. Politically, He made a strong commitment to disarmament of nuclear weapons. As one of the first! In these different things he did, he was always inspired by an idea of reverence for life. In the museum, which is in the birth house now, you get all this gives very good. I absolutely must read something about him when I'm back home. Watch over
I have in the monastery for the Poor Clares in Sigolsheim. There comes over you when you leave Kaysersberg the pilgrimage to go to Colmar. The sister, who has welcomed me, asked me whether I want to confess. I did not think you can confess also a nun. It has become a very personal discussion of it. There was nothing worst thing I had to confess. But I appreciated the offer, because I just had the need to let some things back that I no longer wanted to carry along. I made it very much. This morning I celebrated the Mass with the nuns.
Yes, and now I'm in Colmar. I regret not to be continued. For I have learned so much, received so many impulses. I went here because I Isenheimer the altar by Matthias Gruenewald necessarily want to see. And for the journey to Colmar Luisa is better than to places Ammerschwihr, Niedermorschwihr Gueberschwihr or hot. Of Darmstadt, but she has five hours needed to here. With the switch four times. This is just as exhausting as the day to go on foot. And they did that for the first time alone. Now she lies on her bed totally tired. But I'll wake the same, because we want a bit going into the city. Isenheimer the altar, we'll look at tomorrow.

Seasoning A Fire Box Smoker
Christian
Sali! First of all, thank you very much for your letters and comments concerned. Well, maybe I would have helped with the circulatory collapse should not write this because I have made many worry. But it was a very important experience. I wonder, can it be that you fall into a swoon and a few minutes later as someone completely different snaps out of it. So that, for the microenvironment schoolgirl Julia Merlau the pensive pilgrim Julie is Merlot. Or so. Somewhere I read that each die on the pilgrimage somewhere Initiationstod in order to be able to pilgrims. Well, maybe a little wacky, this theory. Certainly I'm more the old Julia. But I've also learned something. And I will certainly pay far more attention to what my body tells me.
What has brought me even more to think, is that I wanted for the second time if and when I was totally at the end and stop, friends got paid. Weinheim Lisa and Walbourg Henri, Frederic, and very Christian. Uli wrote me that my guardian angel I do not to wear out. Uli, You're right. But I'm really happy to have met so many angels already.
An angel who has accompanied me correctly, is Christian. At first he was totally skeptical, but after the afternoon that we were together, he asked me if he should come to Strasbourg. Yeah, great, I have said. I was very happy because I like Christian love. I naturally asked Henri if I could kidnap his students, but Henri had no problem with it. There are even holiday and Christian had to anyway to Strasbourg, because he is here at home. He has been checking with his parents, that I may spend the night with his family.
So, on Sunday morning we left, to exploit at least a little bit the Morgenkuehle. Therefore, we were in time for the Mass in the great Romanesque Church of St. George of Haguenau. An incredibly beautiful Romanesque building with very thick pillars on which stand the walls. The church has a heaviness that I was totally impressed. And yet everything is supported only by columns. Brumath to where we was staying in Presbytère, it was 26 kilometers. And on Sunday it was still hot and humid. But with Christian near everything was different. We are well advanced, because we just understood and bolstered. The way forward on Monday was Brumath to Strasbourg really a no brainer for me because it was not so hot. For Christian, that of the previous day in the bones, put not so much, but he has kept up bravely. We are addressing it quiet, have made many breaks and mitgehabt enough water. So it went quite well.
The family of Christian is really nice. You have loved me completely absorbed. The father is a lawyer and mother a secretary at € Europe. Christian also has a sister pretty much at my age. Her name is Cecile and studied. In Tours or in Toulouse, somehow I do not have the reserve for sure. She was just in their university and I was billeted in Cecile's room.
Today was the big Strassbourgtag I've spent quite Christian. His mother has brought us initially in Europe and the euro shown us the authority. I'm really petrified with awe. Julia at € Europe! Because it was decided right here, signposting the entire route to Santiago. Next door is the European Prahlament that I was allowed to vote yes. I wanted to check on the spot, as well as related with the European policy and the promotion of the route to Santiago. Because after I had once asked in the forum. But the deputies had just vacation, so I could not speak. Its a good life! You can choose to enter parliament and make then as I started the day holiday. So you know what? I think I will also MEP. After all, by Christian'm sure soon in Strasbourg. Then I go to the thing with the Jakob Due to the ground.
then stood the Cathedral of our program. I wanted to look at all the kind and exactly why we are still about two hours there. Christian has never been longer than 30 minutes there and wanted to know what you can do as long as. Now he knows it, hehe. He is brave went along anywhere. First to this insanely high west facade with the super large rose window, then we looked at each entrance, because there are these beautiful figures. And in it we may have been, the Pillar of Angels and the Clock, which rang constantly. Well, I do not know if such a Bimmeluhr in a church should be. But really disturbs. The Pillar of Angels with all the angels of course was super. I have no different expected. And the figures at the entrances as well. Really beautiful women, the Ecclesia, and the synagogue and the wise and the toerrichten virgins. Very delicate, very slender and large. Models, I would say sometimes.
top of the tower we have been. So, on the platform. Because the people who are responsible for the repair of the cathedral, have they built a house. A workshop entirely right up there. There they can do everything on site. And the view over the old city of Strasbourg is beautiful from above.
After the Cathedral we went shopping. Christian goes in a few days with two friends to Corsica and still needed his outdoor stuff. We are trekking shoes, a Ziphose, shirts and function go buy a backpack. And I advise him. The seller said the shoes, I'm a pro, because I really connoisseur way the hardness of the rubber was tested with the thumb and otherwise knew notice. Sure, I've known from my own buying shoes from her :-).
So, I will call it quits, because it's my last evening with Chris, who is sitting here next to me and which I should greet everyone.

Ho me Dareus anthropos ouk paideuetai - the boarding
"Ho me Dareus ouk anthropos paideuetai" (A man who will not be mistreated is not brought up).
So this morning I jokingly Henri, the merry Latin and Greek teacher at the Séminaire in Walbourg, welcomed. Yes, yes, the teachers. I have last night but all in Séminaire put into a frenzy.
And how it happened: In
Wissembourg in Presbytère I've been thinking where I will sleep next. I really had no plan for the next pilgrim hostel on my list was 34 km away. Since the Pfarrsekretaerin had the idea to do to register in Séminaire in Walbourg. That is a Catholic Internet for girls and boys. While in France have just started the summer holidays, but that was just good, because this weekend a few teachers and students were there on Monday before anything is made. Because most are already gone away, is enough space was available. Therefore, it was said on the phone to come, I could. According Pilgerfuehrer are there from Wissembourg to Walbourg exactly 25 miles, so nothing special. So I said goodbye in Wissembourg, I thanked my hosts and went out. At first everything went too well. I was pretty soon in Oberhoffen and Bremmelbach, where I ate lunch by the stream Bremmel my, uh Bemmel. Wow, and then it was always hot and oppressive. I had again taken my liter of water, so were the 1.5 liter I'm really too heavy. But one liter was used up in quick Bremmelbach already. And in Retschweiler I can again raise anyone. Sometime in the afternoon I semi-thirsty come to Soultz-sous-Forets. Ha, again there was new water. Awesome! Well, I thought, can go on but you could. It's already afternoon, and by five, you will have done it. So back off in the afternoon heat. I had read in my guide that the abbey church in Walbourg looks so similar to those in Wissembourg, just a bit smaller. When she was five, I saw really as a church. You people also had such a church tower in the middle. Well, fine, so there you have it done. About time. I could not really namely. But when I got there, it turned out, that was just the abbey church of Surbourg. Oh man! I had totally overlooked that even the first is an abbey. Have then pitched the distance table in the guide and found that there are Surbourg Walbourg again after seven kilometers. I was quick and snoozed and still not there. Seven miles! And I had my 25 but determined already gone. I was first brought to the church and started to cry. At some point I then stood up and said to myself, well, does no good to the people waiting in Séminaire to you, so on. Somehow I have the rest then made it. I'm probably angetorkelt half in a trance, and I have my "Sali, J'aime Julie LaChapelle Merlot" moaned, yes, and then I was suddenly gone. Simply fallen over. * Pop *. How and where I have not even noticed. That was all too much. The way the oppressive heat, the effort, the thirst, the number of kilometers. Henri, the Latin teacher, has created two strong students who have put me on the next couch. Since then I came back to me. Then got his eyes opened and simple "Bonsoir," said. And as everyone laughed.
Yes, that was my arrival in Walbourg. My appearance must have made quite a impression. Henry ordered the next day I can go no further, but I must rest for now. Then I was infused tea. I said yes to everything. Sure, I have no objection. The evening was with me really what to do anymore.
The two boys who have put me on the couch, I learned then the next morning at breakfast about. Shy they were at first a bit pressured, located near around from my seat and did not know if they should address me. Finally they came and introduced themselves, but as something of perfect form, I tell you, that would have our guys never hammer out. Christian and Frederic hot, the two have just completed the eleventh grade next year and make their Bac, like Abi is in France. So Baccalauérat actually, but as we say instead of Abi Abitur say the French Bac. The Bac is much more stressful than in the exam, because it consists of twelve tests. We have preliminary marks for that flow. So, I think, is with us the looser.
I do not know if Henri had asked the guys to see to it that I do not run away. In any case, the two not left my side. She told me that there are really 30 kilometers from Wissembourg to here. They were pretty awesome, so much to go in this weather. I think, however, were not much after the show, I had put down yesterday evening.
With Christian and Frederic I went walking in the school parking lot and we have about Germany, France, Alsace, Europe, and our school systems said. I've learned a lot. Have become but also thoughtful. For Frederic committed in an organization that Jeune Alsace, Alsace young, ie. The is the youth organization of a party that campaigns for the independence of Alsace. Instead of a Europe of states they want a Europe of regions. Therefore, they have contacts with the Basques in Spain, the Serbs in Kosovo, the Lega Norte in Italy and other movements. Frederic has taken a great album in which he has documented the actions of the Jeune Alsace. Since photos are in it, draw on those young men with Alsatian flag, as there are slogans for a free Wasgau from Alsace to the Rhine, the mother party is called Alsace d'abord, so Alsace about everything. And they sing the song flags: "Red White and I am faithful unto death." Or something like that. Hm, well. This reminds me of everything a little too much something completely different. I want to offend anyone, and maybe I'm lying all over in my opinion, wrong. For the Alsatians have in their history must always take part and many have been moved around constantly. And only the second day I'm here to be a player does not work. But somehow I find the style that occurs, the Jeune Alsace, oppressive. And I can not really imagine that the Jeune Alsace really interested for the fate of the people in Kosovo. If someone speaks of Europe of the regions, he says most of his own area. I think.
Actually, I was very glad when the conversation was terminated because Henri appeared to invite me on a tour of the abbey church. The Romanesque church was at first, because it is the parents of Emperor Frederick Barbarossa, which are also buried here, have been donated. Then they fall apart, however, and built up again later Gothic. As in Wissembourg are again beautiful glass, made by the Master Peter of Andlau. Henri has been on a pair of binoculars with which I could see the windows very well. These are great scenes of the Last Supper, the Way of the Cross, the Crucifixion and the Resurrection. Henri explained that no longer Gothic, Renaissance, but already is. And because of the colors, "Composition" and the perspective. Henri knows an incredible amount about it and can explain it better than me.
After lunch Frederic has been picked up by his parents, so I stayed with Christian alone. Christian is very different from Frederic. It is not as convinced of one thing, not as unconditionally as Frederic. The independence of Alsace, for example him total care. He has a looseness that I like well. We are again in the afternoon went to the Abbey high and we laid there on the lawn, just to see the blue of the sky. When then came a couple of clouds, we have always invented new words to describe the clouds. In French and German. That was really funny because there's always something, lasted until one has figured out what the other said. Christian can make totally useless stuff. I find great.
My violin was also included. Christian leaned against the wall of the church, as I practiced my improvisations, and gave his comments in this regard. These were really good tips. He said, namely, there are a lot of purely packed too many different melodies in my pieces. He certainly has that right.
So, as you see, it was a very relaxed day. Has done really well. And I think I am now again so very hard for that tomorrow I can go on.

Traditional Baptist Hymns
Vis-à-vis severally's Alsace
Sali! That sounds better than Hi, right? This is the greeting in Alsace. Yes, I did it! I arrived in France. Wissembourg. Actually I wanted to last night post, but the Internet cafe is simultaneously an Alsatian Tarte Pizzeria, well, and after a delicious Tarte and a glass of wine, which necessarily belongs to it, I was just too much muuuuueeeeeeede. Then I would rather go to bed in a hostel for pilgrims. And now I write from here catholique from the presbyter, the Catholic rectory. Folks, I'll tell you what, this is the first official pilgrims from Darmstadt. In the Palatinate, a lot of hype being made about the pilgrims, Pfaelzer St. James and all, but there is an official pilgrim hostel is not there.
Menno, which yesterday was warm again. But I had not so far from Bad Bergzabern Wissembourg. There were only 12 kilometers. What I did on the way sighted? So first the ancient Church of Bach Doerr. Romanesque and Gothic! And more importantly, wonderfully cool inside. Because the church has such thick walls. Supi, a true pilgrim church. And then this hideous goal just before the border in silence. This is sooo ugly. German Wine Gate is called the thing and it has been built by the Nazis to show the French times, find the right wine region begins. Haha, as if the French do not make good wine. Good grief, is the embarrassment.
is funny, however, the bank that I've seen in my pilgrimage leader. This is a seat from tree trunks, it says on the "Vis-à-vis severally's Alsace". Since I first sat down and I France viewed from the outside. And then soon came Wissembourg. So the cities are always great. Fachwerkhaeuser lots with large roofs, where people have stored earlier in Wissembourg their grain. The house with the largest roof is the Maison du Sel. Since the salt was taken to. But the roof is four stories tall and was full of salt. Then I was still in the abbey church and I've seen the great glass window. Really colorful, although still in the 13th Century. The oldest disk, which shows a head of Christ is another 200 years older. Mistaken, what it was back then for colors. We were even with the school at BASF in Mannheim and have seen how those colors are produced chemically. The people in the Middle Ages have been just as bright colors got done ", ie completely without chemicals. The abbey church has a crypt, a similar as the one in Speyer, only a little smaller. But with so many columns. Since I left my violin of course jubilant.
Because I was already so early because I had too much time to finally make my street music. No order people came. Only two police officers who are about to have remained friendly and gave me a nod then went on. Awesome! I am in France.

A young migrant
I'm in CJD. CJD is Christian Youth Village in Germany and is a really great project. It is aimed at young people from immigrant families and is supported by the youth ministry. The young people receive voice and Internet courses will be made fit in civic education, receive tutoring and have taught training places. All this happens with a focus on faith and God. I have asked some critical, whether Muslim youth to be now umgepoolt to Christians. This is not the case. Everyone should keep his faith, but to know what others believe and why they do this. Thus, prejudice and misunderstandings. An important work and a great concept. The kiddies are real benefits in terms coached here. CJDs there in the whole of Germany. When I asked if I would can Siggi immediately said yes. As a pilgrim, I am also a young people with immigrant backgrounds. Cool! So I've not yet seen. True but actually.
The day was totally quiet. Klaro because Sophie was indeed gone. But the way was fantastic. Always on the Palatinate Forest along the south. Beautiful villages on the road. And Klingenmünster first! Until yesterday I did not know that there is this place. And now I fell totally in love with this town, so beautiful it is. become The name comes from a monastery, which is Latin Monastery, from which the name of Münster. It is one of the oldest monasteries have been in Germany. Madness, what's everything here. Here come I determined there again. Only people I've met none. In the Heat were all in their homes, have let down the blinds and made siesta. Stupid of course for me because I could anyone ask for water. In Eschbach I had my bottle already empty and up Klingenmünster was before completely losing streak. I then worried Klingenmünster in a 1 ½-liter bottle, but menno, the weight you realize it already.
In Bad Bergzabern I started my first attempt to make street music. Well I'm the chic resort, rich people, but there is something to get. But no, that was a total flop. No sooner had I begun the order people were already there and sent me away. Why I do not have permission to road making music? The issue I should leave me the next day at City Hall. Haha, the wits. Now I go to France and may play there without permission road making music.

Clean Motor Oil From North Face
football and LaOla
great football night! Our boys won 4-0. Wow! I think that was the first time that I'm a football game from the beginning have seen the end. And it has actually been falling! So far I have made myself out of football never was. Young thing, hehe. And in Darmstadt before anything is going on, Bundesliga standard. But the guys have played yesterday really so great. That was really nice. And now I adore Mesut Özil. What a cool guy, looks great, has the perfect kick and is really nice! Sophie found him obviously too small. Klaro, Sophie! She has her pimp in Trier and the last ran none. Even a non Mesut Özil. But I'm sure that's the boy been raving about the girl next generations. Since I am not from me at all. I am too! It is so great! And all the girls are now a fan of Werder Bremen, hihi. For thus is the club which plays in the Mesut.
The Studis in the dorm are really glad that our boys have become European champions. Even the foreign. And not only from Courtesy. The total went along! English, however, were not here, hehe. So, it was a great evening.
Yesterday we get out early. In Landau gives it a KHG and Chloe, the pretty Irish girl, I offered to get there a place to sleep for me. But of course, is yes, according to Pilgrim leader just 35 kilometers. And what do I do in the afternoon? But then it turned out that there are actually only 27 miles to Landau. Only the pilgrimage once again makes a huge arch with five miles more. Och Menno! Understand the route to Santiago makers not know that I want to go to Le Puy and then at some point want to arrive in Santiago? So off to Landau! And supi was that the shorter distance does not again go through the terrible forest mosquito went. It led, partly through a forest, even a fairly large, but the mosquito was moderately normal. But that was not the best. The best was in fact that Sophie came along. By Landau, they come to Trier as well as of Germersheim, she said, put on her backpack and trudged off. Class! I like Sophie very much. It has a rather brash manner, but is a great buddy and can decide quickly. Since there is never a lot of discussion and reflection time. It really is fun to be with her on the road.
Let's go. What Sophie did not stand fact may be the long eulogies. After We left Germersheim, we drove along the main road into the forest. Maybe that was the reason why the pilgrims make the long detour. But is not really a problem because it is indeed a cycle. And after one kilometer we could leave the main road on a dirt road. As the forest was over, Bell was ahead of us home, a fairly large village, which passes into other villages. Actually a tapeworm village. We needed but not through the whole built-up roads, but went on a dirt road on the outskirts of the villages to Offenbach. There we were able to take the description of the Pilgrim leader again. That there is also an Offenbach. Offenbach at the Queich. At the Queich along the pilgrimage route then led us directly to ...
Na?
La OOOOLa !!!!!!
The LaOla located on the outskirts of Landau and is the best water park that is located on a Route. They say of themselves, anyway. Sophie and I have seen only briefly and were then totally agree, nothing like in! We bought a 90-minute card and then off into the waves and the giant slide. Hihi! And after 27 kilometers, running such a jacuzzi which is also fine. Suuuuuper, I say!
Landau is also a university town, which shares a University of Koblenz, and therefore there is also a KHG. Chloe has taught us that we in the beautiful old house could stay. While not as comfortable as in Germersheim, but on the sofas in the common room we slept wonderfully. Previously, we have yet looked at Landau. This is a beautiful city, I tell you. Wonderful places with many trees, beautiful homes and even total greenery. Forests with no mosquitoes, gardens, vineyards, parks, so more of a place to chill than to study.
Interestingly, we found even the medieval church here in Landau. It's called collegiate church, because there quite a few priests have lived together in a pen. When the Reformation came, wanted to remain a Catholic and the others are Protestant. What did they do: It has Just a fence drawn by the church. As in the Big Brother house, hehe. Then the choir got the Catholics and the Protestants of the ship. Now the fence is gone, because the Catholics have built their own church. And the Collegiate Church belongs entirely to the Protestants.
And then we let it go really well. It was our last evening together. Sophie has invited me to pizza dinner and then we have another bottle of good wine from the Landau opened. Hmm, yummy. If we have but also deserves. We are in the two days left 48 km along. Not bad * grin *.
was this morning then great passing between Sophie and me. Sophie is the station to search for Trier to drive and I found an Internet cafe that has been put up at 9 clock. So now everything is going in the box and click it to Bad Bergzabern.
